The need was there and the business has grown by word of mouth from one customer to several hundred customers over the years. Permit & Fuel Tax Services of Chattanooga provides motor carrier tax and permit services to individuals and companies who operate big trucks in interstate commerce. We have been in business for twenty years, have three employees and provide services for more than one hundred accounts on a regular basis. Because trucking is regulated so closely for safety and compliance most small to average size businesses need assistance in this area. That is what we do. We make regular trips to Nashville to the Department of Safety/Department of Revenue to obtain credentials for our customers. We also make multiple filings online with the states and federal government on behalf of our customers. "Without Trucks America Stops" Therefore we play an important roll in helping our customers "Keep on Trucking". We are located at 5964 Dayton Boulevard, Chattanooga, TN 37415 (423) 875-9954 nelda5964@comcast.net *NAWBO CHATTANOOGA BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2006-2007 * President - Celeste Friend Immediate Past President - Marj Flemming Vice President - Julie Bestry Secretary - Katrina Chesney Meeting Management - Mary Robertson Treasurer - Deborah Wooten Membership Chair - Julie Bestry Newsletter - Pat Egen *PAGE TWO* *Upcoming Events* November 4, 2006 *Women's Self Defense Class* At one of our past luncheons, we had a group from a local karate group show us women self defense techniques.
